Secure TOP POSITIONS, PAY, and RECOGNITION in unapologetic alignment with your feminist values.
Hey there, HACKER!
Are you ready to command and control your cybersecurity career in a way that feels fun and fulfilling to you?
Do any of these sound familiar?
You’re eager to make major impact, but feel like you’re being benched. You’re not getting projects or assignments that allow you to show your stuff.
Promotions are promised, but never delivered. Yet somehow “Tom”—who started at the company the same time as you—is now a VP while you’re stuck as an Associate.
No matter how many certifications you earn, it never seems like enough. There’s always some skill on the JD that you don’t have (and shouldn’t even NEED—but these people are out there looking for unicorns!)
Let’s face it—you’re miserable. You’ve had enough of the microaggressions and are eyeing the exit to end the patriarchal mind games.
Meanwhile as you’re scrolling Linkedin, you have lots of questions…
Friends and colleagues are landing cool roles with impressive titles, working for big companies and speaking at conferences. You know you’re capable of that too, but how?
You’re wondering how other women in cybersecurity are making multiple six-figures—and who’s even hiring right now?
How are women in cybersecurity ‘doing it all’ holding down their daily job while getting visible, recognized, and seemingly having a damn good time doing it?! You follow their Linkedin and pour over their resume, yet your experience trying to climb the ladder is vastly different.
You wonder if there’s some secret to achieving success in cybersecurity without fighting people for it.
I’ve been where you are.
My journey in cybersecurity is most definitely NOT an overnight success story. In fact, I spent the first 3 years struggling with workplace bullying, stress, and doubting my place in this industry.
I invested thousands of dollars in therapy, coaching, and self-development. I dove into the history of cybersecurity, capitalism, feminism, and the patriarchy. It wasn’t until I recognized the interconnectedness of these forces, and changed my mindset and approach that my cybersecurity career became fulfilling and FUN.
In less than 5 years—
I had my first $100K, $200K, and $250K+ total compensation years
Became a people manager
Led cybersecurity investigations on a global scale
Recognized as “Cyber Advocate” of the Year by the Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu
Coached dozens of women in Hacker in Heels’ paid programs
The most amazing part was that I was able to do all of this while enjoying life’s gifts of friends, family, love, travel, sunshine, and wine. By keeping the end-goal in focus and the process simple, I’ve kept my perfectionist, overachieving brain from burning out in an industry that loveeees to push buttons.
I’m here to save you the 5 years, thousands of dollars, and frustration it took me to find my stride and start climbing.
I’m with you all the way to the C-Suite, whether that’s CISO or the CEO of your own cybersecurity company!
“Stacey’s knowledge of the industry has been vital in helping me narrow down my career goals in cybersecurity… it didn’t feel overwhelming as she shared her knowledge… and she was also fantastic at coaching me on negotiating my salary!”
Sarah M., Ethical Hacker
LANDING YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITIES IN CYBERSECURITY IS CLOSER THAN YOU THINK.
Close your eyes and imagine…
Calling in your dream roles with the responsibility and pay that has you excited to show up every day.
Feeling relaxed because you have your exact strategy for managing yourself, others, and the work so that things get done in a way that wows, without being overwhelming.
Confidently speaking up in meetings and spaces without feeling pushy, inauthentic, or less-than.
Long lunches, workout classes, and vacations with friends—cause you want to enjoy that cash you’re earning, right?
Feeling like a badass ‘cause you know exactly when to ask for more, put yourself out there, and claim your power.

Here’s the thing about being a woman in cybersecurity that nobody wants to admit:
Women were the original computers, codebreakers, and hackers.
They were the key to WWII code-breaking, shortening the war by an estimated 2-3 years.
In the 1950s, women represented between 30 and 50 percent of all computer programmers.
Then, as the job rose in salary and prestige, men stepped in and drove women out.
It’s time to reclaim the space we pioneered.
Afterall, society has practically conditioned you for the role, thanks to the misogyny and patriarchal BS we have to put up with in-person and online.
“More women considered what they shared online more than men; were unlikely to give away personal information… [and] after experiencing a security problem, women were more likely than men to make lasting changes to their online behavior in order to protect themselves from future problems” (Frankland, 2017).
I know it’s tempting to listen to another talk on imposter syndrome, earn your 15th certification (your 3rd specifically on cloud security), and stuff your resume chock-full of accolades in hopes that someone HAS to take notice.
I know it’s easy to get caught up in the “do more, try harder” mentality.
But it’s not sustainable or worth your time and money for what you’re truly after.
I already see the next-level, ambitious, successful powerhouse you are.
We’ll work together to make your path clear, simple, and smooth as possible—plus uplevel your confidence to rival your unapologetic vision.
“I literally stepped away from the session and applied exactly what she outlined and saw immediate results! It took a lot of the guesswork and frustration out and brought more enjoyment to the process.”
